Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our parking services:

1. Free car wash: Our parking services include a complimentary car wash.
2. Parking at own risk: Parking with OR Tambo Airport Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk.
3. Definition of "Parking": "Parking" encompasses the transit of the vehicle to and from the airport and its stationary status at our facility.
4. Images on Website: All images on our website are used for ILLUSTRATION, MARKETING & DISPLAY purposes. All vehicles are parked under a secure covered Car-Port Parking.
5. OR Tambo Airport Parking: OR Tambo Airport Parking is a privately owned parking and is in NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH OR TAMBO Int Airport or Airports Company South Africa.
6. Booking Agreement: By signing the booking form, you agree that OR Tambo Airport Parking shall store, valet, and return the vehicle to the driver at the designated time and fee specified on the Booking Form.
7. Vehicle Inspection: The driver signing the Vehicle Drop Off List is solely responsible for conducting a full inspection report of the vehicle's condition and contents before leaving it in our care. Any existing damage must be indicated, and both parties must confirm the vehicle's condition by signing alongside the inspection report.
8. Liability Waiver: By entering into this contract, the client acknowledges that OR Tambo Airport Parking, its members, employees, representatives, and agents cannot be held liable and are indemnified from any claims related to theft, damage, or loss of articles left in the vehicle while in our care.
9. Insurance Obligation: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is comprehensively insured for total loss or damage while in our care.
10. Prohibited Items: Customers are prohibited from leaving any illegal substances in the vehicle while parking with OR Tambo Airport Parking.
11. Driving Limitation: Due to the nature of our business, the vehicle owner allows 25 km to be driven within the perimeter of O R Tambo Airport only.
